近年来，随着我国的电影电视产业取得跨越式发展，对行业的从业人员提出了很高的要求，其中尤以现代制片人才缺乏的矛盾日益突出。我院的制片人工作室营运而生，依托上海丰厚的影视资源平台，借助上海电影制片厂、上海电视台、上海美术电影制片厂等董事单位的强大实力，积极运作影视项目，学生在工作室中直接参与项目运作，从创意、融资、剧本、成片到营销发行，系统化训练培养既懂艺术又懂市场，既懂创作又懂营销，既懂投融资又懂创意策划，具有面对全球市场能力的制片人才。

With the fast development of film& TV industry in recent years, there is a higher requirement for it’s working staffs, especially the problem between the demands for high talented people and a relatively low standard of the present employed workers is increasingly serious. On relying the abundant TV & film resources of our School and the strong strength of the boarding units, such as Shanghai Film Group, Shanghai TV Station, Shanghai Animation Film Studio, The Producer Workshop actively organize the TV& film Project in order to train the students to acquire the produce ability facing the world producing market with both knowledge of market and art , creation and marketing ,including the whole process of creation, financing, scrip writing and marketing of the film industry.
