Culture Development Strategy Research Center

　　为配合学院教学，学院成立了“文化发展战略研究中心”(以下称“中心”).“中心”将利用文科高校的学术背景以及我们学校现有的品牌优势，聚合一批著名的全国文化企业及投资机构、银行、保险公司，接受政府及文化企业关于重大文化项目的咨询、策划、引资及上市运作，真正做到产、学、研一体化。

　　In order to assist the teaching program, the Perform & Art School established the Culture Development Strategy Research Center to get the integration of production, teaching and research by taking fully advantage of the art college academic background and the famous brand of our institution ,uniting a batch of distinct national culture enterprises ,investment organizations, banks and insurance corporations and also supervised by the government and some related culture enterprises of the big culture projects on consulting planning and absorbing the funds and operating on the market.

　　我院开设的“文化产业管理”专业，设立本科“文化产业管理”学士学位，是我们学校一件极富于战略远见的举措。

　　The establishment of Culture Industry Management Department and providing the bachelor degree for this discipline is a strategic operation with long term vision.

　　由于我国体制的历史原因，我们大量的文化项目都是作为文化事业来发展的，很多地方政府投入巨资发展文化事业，丰富人民群众的文化生活，但当社会引入市场经济体制后，很多原来政府投巨资的文化资产因缺乏商业运作的活力而陷于连年亏损，资产闲置的境地，所以尽快通过商业运作的手段，盘活闲置的文化资产，良性发展文化产业是目前社会的一项重要任务。另外,随着人民生活水平的提高及科技进步，人们对文化的需求也在发生着深刻的变化，比如当前社会对多媒体传播、体育休闲、旅游、网络游戏、教育培训的高度关注，人们的文化消费比例迅速增加，这些现象促使各级政府及企业必须认真考虑各地的文化格局以及对优良文化项目的打造。

　　Because of the historical reason for the old system, a great number of culture projects were developed as social culture well fare systems to colorful the culture life of the people and invested by the government. When they were put to the market, a lot of culture units which used to be invested and supported by the government went into bankrupt because of lacking the vitality of commercial operation .So it is a big challenge and a great task to reconstruct the assets in order to refresh the vitality of the old culture system and operate the culture industry in a positive and effective way.

　　With the development of people’s living standard and the science & technology, there is a profound change in the people’s need for culture. For instance , people’s consumption in culture increased rapidly as in the areas such as media communication ,sports recreation ,tourism ,network games and education have catch the widest attention ,which make the government reconsider and reconstruct the culture form in different local areas to strengthen the development in fine culture projects.

　　可以预料，在相当一段时期内，我国会大量需要文化企业的管理人员和文化产业的策划人员，而后者将更为迫切。

　　It can be predicted that in a period time, the talents people of culture management and culture industry planning for the culture enterprises in our country will be in urgent need, especially for the talents in culture industry planning.

　　文化产业是一门实务性非常强的专业。我们不仅需要培养大量懂得文化企业经营规律的管理者，我们更需要大量的能务实地对文化项目进行策划、运作以至包装上市的资本运作高手。这些决不是光从书本就能学到手的。

　　Culture industry is a discipline of highly practicing need so the School’s duty is to foster the talents not only in management with the knowledge of operating the culture enterprise but also in the planning of culture projects, asset operating, and propaganda into market with the knowledge not only can be learned from books.

　　“中心”的主要工作将是：为政府做各类文化创意产业的白皮书，为政府提供各种文化创意产业数据；为各地政府发展地域文化进行策划和顾问；打造优良的文化项目；协助文化企业进行资本运作及上市操作；团结并凝聚全国文化产业的教学机构；编写规范文化产业教材；成为本校学生进行实习的基地。

　　The main work of the Center is to make the white paper for the government in different varieties of creation culture, to provide statistics for the government in creation culture industry, to plan and consult for the local culture development for different local government, to create outstanding culture projects to assist the culture enterprise to operate capitols and come into stock market, to unite the teaching organizations in culture industry nationally, to compose standard teaching materials in culture industry in order to make the Center to be the internship base of our School.

　　“中心”聘请了上海社会科学院文化产业研究中心主任、上海市人民政府决策咨询专家、国家发改委国际合作中心特约研究员花建出任顾问。

　　The Center invited MR Hua Jian as the director of the Center .MR Hua is the strategy consulting expert of Shanghai Municipal Government, the researcher of Shanghai Social Science Institute, the deputy director of Shanghai Research Center，Shanghai Social Science Institute
