  Management of Culture Industry

  文化产业将是21世纪我国的支柱产业之一。发展文化产业,不仅关系到我国国民经济的发展、产业结构的调整,也关系到我国在国际上的文化竞争力。随着中国经济的高速发展和政策的倾斜,中国的文化产业日益令人瞩目;中国文化产业的长足进步和巨大发展潜力,显示出自身的强大召唤力和蓬勃生命力。

  Culture industry which is not only a great influence on the economic growth and industrial restructure but also connects with the international culture competence is the leading industry in the 21st century. With the rapid growth of China’s economy and the political support, China’s culture industry attracts the world wide attention by gaining sustainable growth with powerful potential and giving out vitality as well   

  但是,在中国高校300多个文化院系的专业目录中,大多数专业仍是传统新闻学教育的延伸,新闻学、传播学、出版学、广告学、广播电视学占据最重要的文化教育资源,文化产业管理教育尚未得到重视。目前国内只有北京大学设立了文化产业研究所,但该研究所主要以研究生教育为主。

  But in more than 300 majors concerning the culture area all around Chinese colleges,most are the extention of traditional journalism majors, while communication, advertisement or broadcasting of TV radio and film still occupied the most important educational resources but culture management is still remained neglected. At present, there is only a research institute of Culture Industry in Beijing University but it is only for master students.   

  在中国文化产业蓬勃发展而文化人才相对匮乏的背景下,设立文化产业管理专业是适应文化产业发展的时代要求、面向市场的一种前瞻选择。

  It is an appropriate endeavor to set a department of Management of Culture Industry to meet the demand of the times and towards the market in the background of China’s culture industry robust growth within only fewer talented people in this area.

  我院的“广播电视编导(文化创意与管理方向)”专业,是经国家教育部批准成立的全国第一个本科学历的新专业。本专业的总体设想是:文化产业管理教育不同于传统文化教育领域的内容,是一门新兴的专业领域。该专业将经济学、管理学的基本理论与文化产业的特殊属性结合起来,是对传媒、影视、报刊等文化产业管理实践的概括与总结。主要课程包括两大版块:一是经济、管理板块。课程有,产业经济学、管理学概论、货币金融学、投资学、财务管理、市场营销学、电子商务、管理信息系统等。二是文化产业板块。课程有,传媒经济学、传媒战略管理、文化产业资本运作、媒体市场调查与统计、传媒治理结构、传媒运营机制、文化产业政策法规、传媒人力资源管理、传媒信息管理、文化集团管理、文化集团竞争力研究、文化品牌管理、制片管理学、媒体与广告等。

  The department of Culture Industry management is a national first emerging department for bachelor degree authorized by the National Education Bureau. It is an emerging area summarizing the traditional theory with practice in the subject of media, TV & film, journalism and also combines the basic theory of economics, management with the particularity of culture industry.

  There are 2 major subjects concerning the courses. One is economics and management, the other is culture industry. The courses contain:

  Management of movie producing

  Media and advertisement   

  “广播电视编导(文化创意与管理方向)专业”专业聘请了黎瑞刚(上海文广新闻传媒集团总裁)、胡劲军(文汇新民联合报业集团总裁)、方世忠(上海大剧院艺术中心总裁)等一批业界知名人士担任学院的客座教授;还聘请了文广新闻传媒集团研究节目开发、产业投资、传媒集团战略规划方面的专家常永新为兼职教授。

  The department invited a number of outstanding experts to be the students’visiting professors and lecturers .Such as

  Mr Fang Shizhong, The president of Shanghai Grand Theatre

  The department also invites MR Chang Yongxin the experts in the research of program development, industry investment and the planning in media group of SMG as the part time professor.
